Confirmation
Growing in faith, strengthened by the Spirit.
Confirmation strengthens us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit and completes the grace of Baptism. It is a powerful step of growing into a mature Catholic faith — choosing to live as a disciple of Jesus and to be His witness in the world. Through preparation, prayer, and community, our schools and parish help young people understand their faith more deeply, experience the love of God, and discover the mission to which they are called. The Holy Spirit is ready to set their hearts on fire — and we are here to walk with them on the journey.

Public Schools
We warmly welcome all public school students preparing to receive the Sacraments of Confirmation. To provide greater flexibility for families, you may choose to attend the required Reconciliation and Confirmation preparation events with either the St. Patrick Catholic Elementary School group or the Ascension Catholic Elementary School group, whichever best fits your schedule.
Please note that attendance at all required preparation events is mandatory in order to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. Once you have decided which school sessions you will attend, please email me, Terri Perruzza, at tperruzza@hamiltondiocese.com with your selections so I know which group to expect you in and can ensure you receive all the information and preparation needed throughout your journey.
